一、特别提示

I. Special Notice

请您在使用“ITDesk”产品及服务之前,务必仔细阅读并充分理解本《用户协议》(以下简称“本协议”),特别是以粗体标识的条款。在您点击“同意”或开始使用本产品后,即表示您已同意受本协议的全部条款约束。

Please carefully read and fully understand this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) before using ITDesk and its services, especially those clauses in bold. By clicking “Agree” or using this product, you agree to be bound by all the terms herein.

二、适用范围

II. Scope of Application

本协议适用于由我们开发和运营的桌面管理工具“ITDesk”,包括但不限于:VPN服务、软件商店、网络助手、桌面壁纸、电脑体检、硬件信息展示与优化等功能。

This Agreement applies to the desktop management tool “ITDesk” developed and operated by us, including but not limited to: VPN services, Software Store, Network Assistant, Desktop Wallpaper Manager, PC Health Check, Hardware Information Display and Optimization, etc.

三、账户与访问

III. Account and Access

1.您应使用公司提供的合法账户登录ITDesk,未经授权不得访问或尝试访问他人账户。

You must log in to ITDesk using the authorized corporate account. Unauthorized access to other users’ accounts is prohibited.

2.您应妥善保管账户信息,如因您的原因导致信息泄露或滥用,需自行承担责任。

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any loss caused by your own fault shall be borne by yourself.

四、用户权利与义务

IV. User Rights and Obligations

1.您有权在本协议约定范围内合法使用ITDesk软件和服务。

You have the right to legally use ITDesk and its services within the scope specified in this Agreement.

2.您不得从事以下行为:

You shall not engage in any of the following actions:

擅自复制、分发、出售或反编译本软件;

利用本软件上传或传播恶意代码、非法信息;

干扰或破坏产品正常运行;

试图绕过访问控制、安全机制或获取非授权数据。

Copy, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the software without permission;

Upload or disseminate malware or illegal content using the software;

Interfere with or disrupt normal operations of the product;

Attempt to bypass access controls or security mechanisms.

五、软件功能说明

1.ITDesk软件主要包括以下模块(实际功能以企业配置为准):

VPN远程接入与状态监控 / VPN Remote Access and Status Monitoring

软件商店与静默安装 / Software Store and Silent Installation

网络诊断助手与日志上传 / Network Diagnostics and Log Upload

桌面壁纸统一配置 / Unified Desktop Wallpaper Configuration

设备与硬件信息展示 / Device and Hardware Information Display

2.某些功能可能涉及对网络信息、设备信息等数据的访问与处理,具体请参阅《隐私政策》。

Certain functions may involve access to network and device data. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

六、开源组件使用声明

VI. Open Source Software Notice

本产品部分功能构建在第三方开源软件基础上,我们已遵循相应许可协议(如MIT、Apache 2.0、LGPL等)合法使用并保留原始版权声明。

Some components of this product are built upon third-party open-source software. We have complied with the corresponding license agreements (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, LGPL) and retained all original copyright notices.

我们不对这些开源软件的安全性、可用性或持续维护提供任何保证,但我们将尽力在集成过程中进行充分测试与风险控制。

We do not guarantee the security, availability, or long-term support of these open-source components, but we will make reasonable efforts to test and manage related risks.

七、知识产权声明

VII. Intellectual Property Rights

TDesk及其相关内容(包括但不限于界面、图标、脚本、文档)归我们或其合法授权方所有。未经授权,任何人不得复制、传播或用于商业用途。

All content related to ITDesk (including UI, icons, scripts, and documentation) is owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

八、免责声明

VIII. Disclaimer

1.我们将尽力确保软件运行稳定、安全,但不对其连续性或无故障性作出保证。

We will strive to ensure stable and secure operation, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

2.因不可抗力或第三方原因导致的服务中断或数据丢失,我们不承担责任。

We shall not be liable for any service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure or third parties.

3.企业管理员可通过管理后台对用户设备进行策略配置、远程诊断、软件部署等操作,用户知悉并同意该企业管理机制。

Enterprise administrators may perform policy enforcement, remote diagnostics, and software deployment. Users acknowledge and agree to such enterprise-level management.

九、协议变更与终止

IX. Modification and Termination

我们有权根据业务发展、法律法规变更等需要对本协议进行修改。修改后的协议将通过系统提示或其他方式通知您。

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement in accordance with business development or regulatory requirements. The updated Agreement will be notified via system prompt or other means.

如您不同意修改内容,请停止使用本软件。

If you disagree with the changes, please stop using the software.

十、适用法律与争议解决

X. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

本协议的订立、履行与解释适用中华人民共和国法律。若发生争议,双方应友好协商解决;协商不成的,可提交我方所在地有管辖权的法院处理。

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, or submitted to the competent court at our place of registration.
